Refund Returns Policy

We would like to make your customer experience as pleasant as possible. If you are experiencing problems with any products and would like to return them, please read the returns policy below and choose the option that best suits your situation.

Returning products that are not defective

If for any reason you wish to return your product/s, you (the customer) may do so within 30 days of the products being collected by you or delivered to you, provided the product/s have not been used, are complete, in their original condition, and sealed in the original packaging. Returning products that are defective or damaged

It is the Customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all goods upon delivery before signing that the goods have been received.

When a product is delivered damaged:

You have the right to refuse delivery of any product that is visibly damaged upon delivery. Please stipulate clearly that you have not received the goods with a brief description of the damage on the delivery note. The driver / delivery company will take the product/s back with them and return them to Willow Interior Designs Please contact Willow Interior Designs immediately to report this. Damage after delivery:

If damage to a product/s only becomes apparent after delivery, you have 48 hours to report the damage to Willow Interior Designs In these instances, the return/replacement of the product is at the discretion of Willow Interior Designs – Modern Furniture Store. We are entitled to request images of the damaged products before the collection of the products. Willow Interior Designswill always endeavor to solve problems with damaged items as speedily as possible. Warranty claims

  • All our products carry a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified – The following applies to all Warranty claims: The original sales invoice or other proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • Warranties cover factory faults or defects only. NO damages caused by wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship are covered
  • Warranties cannot be claimed where the product has been altered in any way from its original state
  • Warranties apply for domestic use only. Products used for commercial use are NOT covered unless specifically stated on the invoice

Exchanges

We offer an exchange of the product within 14 days of delivery.

To exchange an item, get in touch with our team. They will note the piece(s) you’d like to exchange and work with our delivery partners to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off date. Exchanges are always subject to product availability at the time of the request for exchange.

In the event you exchange for an item that costs less than your initial purchase, the difference will be refunded back to you. Please note it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear in your South African bank account.

Should you choose to exchange for an item that costs more than your original choice, the customer care agent will help you organize your exchange and will process your outstanding charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES

There are no shipping fees applicable when you exchange the product.

EXCHANGE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

We love our furniture, and we want you to also. When we ship our products, we pack them very carefully to avoid shipping damage. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging.

THE EXCHANGE MUST BE IN A NEW CONDITION

We are only able to accept exchange products in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be exchanged
